Question Virbration When Taking Off

99 F-150 EXT CAB miles 223000

what would cause a virbration, when taking off, and driving,
we its not the u joints or carrier bearing

any thoughts

Does it do it all the time? O rjust after sitting over night. I've found that some tires will get "flat spots" which work themselves out after a few miles. Also check the inside of your wheels for caked on mud... makes them imbalanced.
