tranny lost drive and overdrive
my 97 f150 4.6 4x4 lost drive and overdrive. it has 255k miles. thinking about rebuilding. any suggestions on what happened. has anyone rebuilt one?

If your auto made it 255k miles and just now lost drive and OD, you owe it a rebuild and a weekend or R&R at a spa.
