Exclamation Truck Jumps When I Stop

Alright guys, I've got a problem here. I've got a 1998 F-150 4.2L with an automatic tranny. I was driving around, and came to a stop at a red light. Put it into park, and waited for the green. Light changed and I dopped it into Neutral by accident and revved up. Noticed I was in Neutral and dropped it into drive. Truck made a slight jump, but I didn't think too much about it at the time. Since then, whenever the tranny changes gears, it takes a big jump. Even worse is when I come to a red light or stop sign; the truck starts to shake like crazy, and when I finally stop, it feels like the engine wants to stall out (I even see my headights start to dim as though the engine wants to give). Took my friend for a ride in it, and he told me he thinks I either need a new tranny mount, or a torque converter since I probably revved up to redline when in neutral. Any help/tips would be greatly appreciated!
