I have a 1998 F150 4.6L 4x4 XLT with 88,000 miles. The transmission completely went at about the 75,000 mile mark. That was baffling because I have never used the truck for towing or abused it in any way. Just recently the flywheel cracked and had to be replaced. I was wondering if the replacement of the transmission had anything to do with the flywheel cracking. I feel like AAMCO is taking advantage of me. I don't know much about the subject and could use some advice. Thanks!
