Is expy factory tow pkg adequate?

Just purchased a 2000 Expedition 5.4L 4wd. It is a XLT w/ factory tow pkg. Is the factory tow pkg going to be adequate for the following situations.

Towing a 4 place ATV trailer with 4 ATV's. Frequency: 30-40 hauls per year. Appx combined weight 3500 lbs. Frequent towing in a mountain pass region with sustained ascend and descend situations.

Towing Car hauler with old Ford 9N tractor. Unknown weight but very heavy! Car hauler is tandem axle, lowboy style. equipped with EZ-Lift load equalizing bars. Frequency: 1 haul per year 15 miles one way. Flat highway with no hills.

Towing Nash 27 foot RV travel trailer. RV dry weight 4800 lbs, tandem axle. EZ-Lift load equalizing bar & sway control equipped. Frequency: 1-2 hauls per year, 200-300 mile round trips. Have to ascend/descend on 2500 vertical foot mountain pass.

Does any thing need to be added to the transmission to beef it up. Local trans shop says factory cooler is junk and aftermarket is required. I was also considering a Banks Transcommand and running synthetics in the drivetrain. Is this a good idea or a waste of money..

Thanks
