Got a autometer trans temp gauge on the way, just wondering where is a good place to mount the sending unit, is there an existing hole on the trans? Thanks!!

I T'ed into the transmission line going into the top of the radiator. This is the outgoing line from the transmission. Autometer sells a manifold that can be used for this purpose.
