Transgo Kit arrived! All trans gurus please look inside!

It's the Kit for E40d and 4R100. What to drill the holes to in step one for the exhaust holes in the accumulator valve body? It says .080-.096? Also on page 3, step 2 is to drill holes in the calibration plate. It states that the 2nd,3rd,and 4th holes are .053. The 1st stage is I guess to be drilled as follows: 2nd .094, 3rd is .073-.082, 4th is .094. Stage 2 will be as follows: 2nd is .110,3rd is .094, and 4th is .110. Stage 3 should then be as follows: 2nd,.010-.020 larger then .110,3rd is .10,4th is .010-.020 larger then .110. So my question is what to drill the holes to? I hear people say that the 1st-2nd shift is great but the others could be higher! I'll also be using the Superchip Micro Tuner with the shift firmness set as there default setting. Meaning I didn't alter the shift points higher then what the the Micro Tunner was set at. Any help, info, suggestions?
