Well I went on my first trip loaded with 4 Quads. Total weight in tow was 3000lbs and I had about 300lbs in the box. We went to W.Virgina and the hills were insane.

I was getting 13MPG, love the 36gallon tank. I didn't notice the truck hunting for gears as others have mentioned. It handled like a dream, absolutely no problems. Oh yeah I finally hit 9000 miles after a year!

Nice ride and nice toys! Now hitch up a #5000 + "brick" and report back! ha, ha!

That's about what my truck would do with a load like yours... Aero makes a huge difference in towing. A brick takes a lot more to cut thru the air and you'll feel it right away..
