What trany do I have?

Ok so I'm at 30k miles. I have an 04 supercab 5.4, 3.73 gears, tow package. I'm thinking of doing the trany service before going on a long towing trip. The confusion I have is, I don't know what transmission I have. The owners manual says 4R770/75 E-W, but the scheduled maintenance guide refers to 4R100. It says to replace fluid at 30K miles for 4R100 and just inspect all others. How do iIverify what model transmission I have?

Thanks.

The 4R100 was discontinued in 1999. You don't have one.

You have a 4R75E. If you tow, do a fluid replacement, that's considered severe service.
