What hitch with body lift

Hi i was wondering which brand if any is the easiest to install with a 3 inch body lift in an 04 fx4. when i bought the truck the guy said it had one but didnt work with the spare tire once the body lift was on so he removed it. Maybe he didnt like the look of it hanging down, i dont know.

Thanks for any help.

The body lift doesn't change the frame or hitch height so any reciever hitch for your year/model will fit the truck.

I'm guessing that when the lift was installed larger tires were also installed.
Trying to use a larger spare left no room for the hitch would be my conclusion... and no reciever hitch will fit if the spare is much larger than a factory diameter tire.
