I recently got The Android Lolipop 5.0.1 update on my galaxy note 4 and now when i get a text it doesnt pop up on the screen. it worked great prior to the update. i deleted my phone and re-paired it and still nothing. my next step is to do a master reset, but its always a pain in the *** to reprogram my favorite stations.. any help is appreciated. thanks.

We haven't tested the Galaxy Note 4 with Lollipop yet, so I'm not sure if texting is still compatible. Before a master reset, I suggest deleting your phone from SYNC again, then reboot your phone and re-pair it.

Thanks for the response, text notifications started working again. i deleted and repaired again, and i also deleted stored messages on sync. im guessing there is a limit to how many messages can be stored on the sync unit?
