I have a customer that just bought a 2013 Edge with SYNC. We set his phone up the evening he took delivery and he even called his wife successfully. A few days later, he came in to have the Service Dept look at his Edge because he could hear others when calling but they couldn't hear him. The Service Tech disabled his SYNC bluetooth capability and its been off ever since.

Today I called him to check in and he is not sure what model phone he has, but it is an LG. I'm out sick today or I could have him come to the dealership and plsy with it until I got it right. My point is this--does anyone have an LG phone, and if so, does it play nicely with SYNC?
