Gen1.v3.2.2 software upgrade/now no phonebook, any ideas?

I renewed my AT&T contract last week and opted for a free Pantech Link. The Pantech paired with sync but I did lose the Text Msg options. I guess I can live with it?

I updtaed my software yesterday and I lost my Phonebook on Sync. I did verfify a successful upload on Sync My Ride. I am also unable to manually load the phone book although my phone sends contact to Sync.

I restored Defaults to Factory and performed Master Reset this morning. Now when I attempt to manually load the phone book, it disconnects Sync.

Any suggestions? I have about 21 more days to send the Pantech back to AT&T and get a different phone.

How do I go back to the factory software?

Thanks, James

I found a way to add a a phonebook list on Sync My Phone. I downloaded a program on my PC, created a phonebook and installed it on a USB.

I will try to upload it on my lunch break and post the results.

Uploading the phonebook was a no go. But, I attempted to access the phonebook again and it was there. I guess the Master Reset was the fix. No more upgrades for me.
