60K with everything but a sunroof? 400K dealer markup for weatherCoat (just kidding)(not really)!

Do you guys even like sunroofs in trucks?

I can't deal with sunroofs. For one, I am almost bald (not yet) on top and I have wearing a hats. I also think sunroofs add more weight that I don't need in a truck.

What do you think?

The sunroof is a nice luxury item.. Hopefully they've changed the design of them as they're a 2k+ repair at the dealer.

MSRP for a base model Scab is $48325 and a base model Screw is $51310. Fully optioned they can get dang near $70k.

I built a SuperCrew Raptor for my dad to see what it would price out at. With the nicest of packages and the Sun Roof, it came out to a little over $69k.

 

A dealership had one listed on EBay the other day at the "buy it now" price of $80k. They didn't even have it yet, it was just on order and they were taking bids.

[NotReallyComplaning]In 1991 I bought my first house for 48K + 12k for the land so 60K all together. It was all I could afford and the State was offing 10.5% financing. That was 2 percent below the current rate of 12.5%. Looking back I feel like a dope for even thinking that 10.5 percent mortgage rate was a great thing. Oh well, now the Raptor that I want is 60 to 70K if I'm lucky.[/NotReallyComplaining]
