Technically that is off road... there trying to fit into the Baja 1000 crowd. I would like to see the raptor go through a section of three foot deep whoops then well see how desert like it is. The power to weight ratio is pretty sweet tho. There calling something like 360 hp and 400 lb ft torque... Personally I am not a fan of Fox shocks but its supposed to have 12 inches of travel...but from what i hear they don't have fiberglass Long Travel fenders? Should be interesting...
Aint inpressed me self. wouldnt any truck be able to cope with that??? Dont look like anything i aint seen an subaru or all wheel drive car do before so a truck should easy do that shouldnt it. Be good to see it on some proper off road where it's a foot deep in mud and climbing step hills with ease. I recon this will have a very limited market if any at all.
Personally, I'm in love. This thing isn't meant to be an off-roader in the sorts that you mud bog with it or go rock climbing, it's meant to appeal to a high-speed desert type terrain. Deff. geared more towards us on the west coast. It's gonna be able to do what any other normal (aside from crazy aftermarket stuff) 4x4 truck can do and more. To have 12 inches of travel and be smoother across the terrain is going to be awesome. It's not going to take 3ft whoops at those speeds, you'd have to have quite a bit more to do that. Just watching it go across there isn't gonna show you all the difference it offers, you'd have to ride inside of it to feel the advantage. I don't care if it has the normal 5.4, all I know is it better be out by the time I get home and ready to haul my Yamaha Raptor to Glamis.....and I'll have fun with both!

A regular F150 couldn't do this at 80mph without sending the shocks through the hood... Look how stable the body is and the woops are at least 2ft high or more..

YEAH BABY DESERT SEASON STARTS IN THREE WEEKS!!!!!!!!! I got my new CRF450x...well new to me and it has not been used yet! My adrenaline is pumping just thinking of it!!
I wonder if it is going to come with a rear locker, Center mount would be awesome but not probable, Also HID's for nice night riding???
