I have noticed that a couple of my shocks are beginning to leak on my 1992 F-150 extended cab 4x4 and so I am beginning to look at replacements. The shocks are not leaking badly, however will need replacement in the next while. I have decided that I will probably put on either Ranchos 9000rs or Monroe Sensa-matics. While I prefer the Ranchos they are very expensive here in Canada versus the Monroes. We are planning a trip to Arizona in January and being from Canada, am thinking I will look to buy the Ranchos when I am in the States. My question is what is the general US dollar price for the Ranchos and where is the best place to have them installed. We plan to travel through Washington, Idaho, Nevada and then into Arizona, perhaps New Mexico and California. Is there a better state for price and a place for installation. Appreciate any comments. With the exchange on the dollar, hopefully will find value in installing the shocks in the US.
