Post AIM Products (spindle lift)

I'm looking to purchase a lift kit for my 02 F150 (2wd). I've heard a lot of negative talk about AIM suspension products, but I can't recall hearing an opinion from someone who'd actually bought something from them. So, if anyone has a first hand account of a good or bad experience with AIM products, please elaborate.

Save yourself the possibilty of a lesson in extreme frustration, and pass on AIM. Some of their product is good, a lot of it is crap. Even if you get the good parts, they are terrible about shipping the wrong parts, or not all the needed pieces. If you have to send anything back, they scr@w you on a 30% restocking fee even if it was their fault. That comes after they scr@w you on shipping. Trust what you have heard, and avoid AIM...
