Lift and Airbag suspension...?

It wont complicate things if you use a body lift...i dont know much about air bag suspensions...but i do know that they sell different lift kit parts (suspension lifts) if you have an air bag susp. in the rear of an expy...i'd imagine that it would complicate the front too...
If you want a bada$$ looking offroading setup...go out and buy you a 3" body lift and some 34x14.5R16 Mickey Thompson Baja Belteds and put em on some 16x10 offset rims...i have a good friend that own this combo, and i swear it looks soooooo good...not too big for an expy, but it has a great, "get out of my way" look and stance too it...

fabtech makes a complete six inch lift setup for you exp. my buddy has one and he has good clearance on 35 bfg's an he is running a 9.75 with on the rim.
