I was out four wheeling yesterday and noticed something that scared the wits out of me. I had my truck in a large rut flexed up and got out to take some pictures. While standing there taking pictures my buddy got this weird look on his face and told my to look at my tailgate. When the bed flexed it put a bind on the tailgate and the sheetmetal on tailgate was warped all the say across it and I don't mean just a little. Well, this scared me to death and I pulled the truck out of the rut. I then got out and it was back to it's originally position and you couldn't tell there had been a huge dent all the way across it. Are they designed to do that or am I just lucky?
