I'm embarrassed, but I want to lower...

I don't know what I am thinking.

What is a good kit for 97 up?
Is the FRPP kit with shocks any good?
The kit on this site any good?
I want to do this and add air bags to the back for the weight I haul. I'm going to loose the tool box and install a bed lid.

Thanks,

Mike

SUp MK,

First... dont be embarrased.
F**K anybody who talks any trash otherwise.

Example: I have a 4x4 01 SCrew. I would love to see her slammed.
Yet she was not built for that. So she sits stock height.
and believe me, some still try to give me s**t cuz its not raised, being its a 4x4?

My point is, its your ride, and it will look good...

As for kits, sorry I dont know much on lowering them...

Late...

Thanks Nodrive,
I know what you mean on the 4x4 thing. I've been there too. To lift, or not to lift, that is the question.lol
I've seen a few lowered 4x4's, but then I live a stones throw from Santa Ana. Sometimes they look good, and other times one has to think wtf that person was thinking.
But like you mention, who cares what other's think.

Thanks, I think it will be a fall(no pun intended)project. It looks like the FRPP kit comes with shocks for about $100.00 more.
