increase skidpad numbers as well as slalom

hey guys,

what would be the optimal suspension/lowering setup i can aquire to increase skidpad/slalom numbers. bassically i just want my truck to handle as good as possible. i see the srt-10 has a skidpad of .92. how do you think it rides with such impressive numbers? (this is a honest question, i know little about the subject and am looking for input) thanks for your help

better #'s

I wouldnt bet my life on it but i would think some kick *** rotors and brake pads would be a key player in the better #'s section. maybe some larger rotors with cross drilled or sloted or even both will be a big improvement and high doller brake pads or even kick *** calipers, not to mention anything you do to decreas your trucks weight. lighter is better in braking. when you lower it it will stop all the body roll and suspension roll to keep the centerforce closer to the center. just my $0.2 . later.

Direct from Hotchkis web site,
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Stock 54.04 mph 53.69 mph 55.43 mph 54.56 mph
Hotchkis 56.27 mph 57.54 mph 57.06 mph 58.61 mph

Test 2 200 Ft Skid Pad
G's Left Left Right Right
Stock 0.74 G 0.70 G 0.69 G 0.68 G
Hotchkis 0.79 G 0.81 G 0.77 G 0.77 G
Please Note: This kit was designed on the Ford Lightning as a performance upgrade. Lightning owners will see a performance improvement equal to that of the F150, but with the repective numbers.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This is the system I'm looking at, I've been quoted from $1500 to $1800 installed with shocks & alignment.
Wheel Warehouse in Anaheim, Dealer's Sport Trucks in Cypress & Performance Plus in Long Beach are all authorized installers. Parts can be purchased direct from Hotchkis or from Truck Performance on the web.

hope this helps
