SuperCrew lift
Hi, this is my first post here on the bored and as someone who really doesnt have much knowledge in the lifting and suspension areas of the F150 i was wondering if i could get some input?? i have a 2wd 2002 Supercrew that i am wanting to lift and be able to put 36" tires under, i see kits for 4x4 and 4x2 F150's can these kits be used on a Supercrew or do i need something special?? and how much lift do i need to be able to fit the 36's under me?? and also, what is the best way to do it, considering it will never be used for off roading and it is purely for looks, suspension lift, body lift, or a combo of the 2?? and what should i be looking at as far cost? whats my best bet there? any input or advice would be much appreciated, thanks.

after a little more looking around i have decided to go with 35" tires.. it just seems as if there are a whole lot more available as far as package deals out there, and they are cheaper and easier to find then the 36's. with this in mind i am leaning toward the fabtech 6.5" lift, i am wanting a little bit more height though so i am still wanting a body lift, i have been looking around on 4wheelparts.com and they say they wont sell a body lift to someone with a suspension lift, why is this? will i be alright getting a body lift in combination with the fabtech 6.5" lift?? if so, can anyone recomend a body lift and where to get it?? also how easy is the install? or how much should i be looking at to have it installed?

the suspension should be the same 99% sure. ive never done it but the spindle part is very straight foward in my opnion, the control arm and coil might be alittle more dificult to do. the body lift probley is different(only 25% sure this time) some say it takes 6 hours some say a day. i guess it just depends on how many freinds you got to give you a hand and what kind of tools you have. if your pretty sure of your mechanical skills you could probley do it all yourself
