Hell yeah.
Does it ride really stiff with the torsion bars that high?
Also did you have to do a lot of trimming after that?
This is probablly what I will be doing either mid-summer or fall of next year when I get some 16.5x12 Rims and some 38s. I am going to use my 16x10 Eagle Alloys and 37 SSRs for winter tires and rims.

If you want the help clear tires better in the front try lifting the rear a little higher than the front. This raises the rear fender well which is where your tires are most likely going to rub. The way Ford designed the front end on them has the tire set a little back in the wheel well. My straight axle conversion is going to move the tire assembly an inch or so foward in the well to help with tire clearance, but lifting the rear a little higher than the front helps with clearance noticibly.
