What drop does my truck have?

I just bought this 2006 f150 4.2 but im trying to figure out how much its lowered. The lower control arms are not oem and it has the axle flipped. Shackles look oem from what i can tell. Coils and shocks i dont know. Tires are 31 inch tall.

The ride is pretty bad. The crossmember hits the parking curb before the tires do. And the previous owner took off the bump stops in the back without a notch. It does hit the frame about once a week in the rear. I think its a 4/5 drop. Front measurement is 16 inch from the center of the wheel to the rear is 1 inch higher at 17 inch from center of wheel to fender. Measuring from the ground its 31 inch in the front and 32 inch in the back.

Im planning on putting stock coils and shocks in front and notching the rear and adding bump stops but i want to know what amount lower it is from s stock base f150.

Looks to me like maybe spindle and coil drop in front. Take a picture of the front end suspension with the tire off. A 2 inch spindle and 2 inch coil would most likely be it or someone chopped the hell out of a coil. Is your rear axle on top or below the leaf springs? If it's on top the they did a flip kit which is usually is in the 5 inch range. Also take a picture of the shackles.
