Rancho quick lift

Trying to adjust my quick lifts is it the number that is pointing up can not find any arrow on body. Also my ***** are very hard to turn any tips to keep them moving smoother

Turning the **** clockwise will firm it up.
The ***** can be tough to turn, but they will turn.
