need help lowering 08 f150

Hi my name matthew I drive an 08 f150 named zeus and I'm new to this forum, I've been looking on here and asking people I know who've lowered their trucks

My question is I want to lower my truck an inch or two above my tire and I'm concerned about my fenders getting hit, it's an 08 f150 scab with 22" with 305 40 r22 falken om not worried about bottoming out or having to avoid speed bumps as I do anyway for my pregnant wife, my tried stick out maybe 1/2 inch to an inch and I want to keep keep it that way if possible I'm planning on putting the western chasis lowering leafs and lowering coil springs for then then shocks and maybe a drop spindle but the the coil spring and drop leaf for now I already have a shackles 3" drop

I'm sorry if this has already been posted I'm just at a desperate point and info will be greatly appreciated

good luck with 1'' of tire stick out and the amount of drop you're looking for.

drop coil are POS.
belltech strut adjustable (+1 -3) or djm a-arm -3''(my choice).

I never liked dropped leaf either : flip-kit is the best IMO

Would I run into any problems with the tire hitting the fenders and would my 22's be to big, I'm just looking for a clean flush look like this
