Body lift questions

I just bought a 3 inch body lift and the guy said that everything I need is there (bumper and fan shroud mounts, and the gas line extension) but I'm having secount thoughts. Is there anything else that I need such as wire or steering column extentensions?

You shouldn't, the instructions should tell you how to handle any wires that will come up a little short. Such as drilling new holes to mount the grounding bolts, moving the abs wires to a different spot, etc.

Just give the instructions a read first.

How was the install on your 08. Thought about it on my 06 but a lot of people say they look like crap and I was afraid of all the linkages and wires being short.

Had no problem but will tell you this, not all parts were used from the kit. It took me a full day, but I really took my time and then did the Gap Guards the next day. I think my truck looks great with the kit.

The 97-03's are not that hard. The body mount bolts go in from the top so you have to remove some interior trim pieces. Some need the gas filler extension, some don't. The kit includes a steering extension, which is easy to install.
