Wheel Hop?

so any of you guys got any idea's on getting rid of wheel hop, i was thinking about traction bars, but i've been told that if i use them i can load up the bed with too much weight cause the bars may cause frame damage.

i've been wondering if anybody has ever put "superstock" springs on their truck, like alot of MOPAR guys used to do back in the day. i know they'd need to be fabbed up.

BTW it's an 03 f150 with an 8.8

traction bars help too i think, but coilovers, add a leafs, whatever floats your boat. i think traction bars, with the coilovers would help. the add a leaf just helps prevent the truck from squatting as well.
