Custom Adjustable Height 5100 Bilstein Coil-Overs
Hey guys, Coming soon www.F150Lifts.com. We will be offering a proven adjustable height 5100 Bilstein Coil-Overs which will give you 0-3" of lift. This system is proven and has been sold for another brand of truck (1000's) for almost 12 years now. The original developer is a friend of mine and when he found out I was buying a new F150 he said it's time to make this for all the Ford guys. Www.F150Lifts.com was born. It should be live within the week and we are currently contacting administrators so we can be a site supporter and offer this super system to you guys. My truck will be lifted this Saturday. Pics coming!
Thanks guys!

Threaded collar adjustment (like the expensive coil-overs) versus the snap rings.
I think it'll allow you to adjust the height even after install. And threaded makes it infinitely adjustable. As opposed to the snap-rings which can only be adjusted when they're taken apart, and only offer four choices.

That is correct.
As far as I understand it from the other site it's a different setup.

Not true. These are fully adjustable, even if they are on the truck. They have been around available for a different "brand" of truck. But they have only now been adapted to work on the Fords.

Sneak peak on them on my truck. Lift is set at appx. 2.5". These were put together using the stock OEM top piece. We are manufacturing a custom billet top piece should be finished soon. We will be taking these back out and doing the final adjusting. The black plastic inner sleeve that covers the bump-stop will be reinstalled along with the new billet top piece. The ride is very nice! Follow the link, pics are within post #33:

Thanks Pizzaman711, we think it is a great idea, and when you see the custom top billet piece think you will like it even more. Install was a snap. Whenever lifting something the angles are changed. Actually the top control arm and ball joint went back together with plenty of articulation. Ride feels just like stock, maybe slightly stiffer. My wife could not tell the difference in ride quality, only that the truck was higher to climb into, lol!
