I have 8" of lift via 6" pro comp stage 2 cranked with an add-a-leaf running 35's...I want 37's but will be adding a body lift if I go to 37's, you will rub with 8" off road...

I see you said that you can't get the Rough Country. You can not add more suspension lift to the Rough Country to achieve 8". Installing the struts and adjusting them to an additional 1" is about all you can do. The 6" RC uses the same spacer as the 4".

My first choice would be the BDS $2100, Fabtech $2085, then the Procomp $1729. I have no experience or have read any reviews on the skyjacker. The Bilstien struts will be the better choice to gain the addiditonal 2" if coilovers are not in your budget. A 6" Procomp Stage 2 lift which includes coilovers was around $2700 last I checked, but don't see that package on Topgun anymore. The Fabtech with coilovers is $3321.

If you can find a dealer, BDS is usually way cheaper if you buy from some shop than directly from them.

+1 on Highon22's comment.

The RCX kit only has a 5" drop bracket so you would only get away with a 1" spacer otherwise your cv angles and ride will suffer.
Pro Comp would be the next reasonably priced kit as there system utilizes a full 6" drop kit.
If it were me on your budget I would go with pro comp 6" lift and a set of bilstein 4-6" adjustable struts for the front.
You would completely I limonite the front spacer and have a much better ride up front.
Check out topguncustoms. I believe they're asking $288 for the bilstein struts?

Good luck And be sure to post up some photos when your done! Either way you go I'm sure it will come out really good!

I appreciate everyones input, especially about the RC kit. I have decided I am going to go with the Pro Comp Kit, since 4wheelparts is the only one I found to ship to alaska I am at their mercy. Luckily I have a few months to wait on another sale and then I am going to go ahead and order it.

TGC wont ship to alaska, or at least according to their website. I will be glad to get this done, all the researching is more work than putting the truck together. But you guys will see pics around June, I should be done with Afghanistan by then and so should the truck.

some killer info in here, HighOn22s legit with the pricing here. Gota lot to learn about lifts but the plans sick, so why not go pro comp 6" w/ coils , and add a leaf for another couple?
either way..why not just take the full maxpro MRAP kit home ,tires and all
