Gonna Hopefully Change These Today Need Help People

So I've had a really bad squeak lately in my front suspension. I think I narrowed it down to the cracked bushing on top of my front passenger shock.

I called Rancho and they sent me out two packs of replacement bushings absolutely FREE. Talk about great customer service.

Anyways what is the process in changing these? I have a 2001 F150 so no coils just torsion bars. Should I just jack the truck up unscrew the nut and replace or what?

I'm talking about the bushings on top with all the grease.

Also should I apply a small amount of grease to the new bushings?

Thanks everyone

How old were those bushings? Looks like the shocks were seriously over tightened.

Ahh, I just saw where you live at. Looks like the salts are taking their toll.

Wouldn't be surprised. Just glad I got that squeak to go away. It was single handily the most annoying thing ever. Just a crack in the sidewalk would make it squeak like crazy.
