Need Advice - Want to raise truck after lowering the back
OK, call me wishy washy, call me whatever. I put on a "unviversal lowering shackle" on the back to level it out. It worked great!!
However, every time I see a Screw with a 2in leveling kit on the front, I am jealous. So, with that being said, Im gonna raise the front 2 (or 3 inches but want some opinions) to make it level.
My question is, can I leave the back lowered, add a "2in spacer" to the front and add a leaf to the rear?
Or should I adjust the shackle to make it a "stock level" and raise the front? Or would it be best to put the stock shackles back on and just raise the front 2 inches (or 3in but would like some advice on that) I guess Im just trying to figure out if I should keep the lowering shackle on (as is) or adjust it to make it stock again, or take it off.
Thanks to anyone who is reading this and is considering some useful feedback. I dont want the "lowered look" anymore. I want a leveled 2-3 in lift....

Just make it simple and return to stock and level it out.

Right on, thanks buddy!!
I have a 2wd.... so would you raise the front 2 or 3 inches? (once I put the rear back to stock) I know they make those new metal spacers in 2 and 3 inches.

Put the rear back to stock then go with a 2" or 2.5" Autospring kit.

Right on, thanks bud!!
Is there a particular reason why you suggestd AS?
The "Tuff Country" spacers I found were steel and I thought that would be better since it would be installed between 2 steel parts.

Thanks everyone for putting up with an "old newb" and giving good advice, once again.
Side note: I have been on this site for a while and have seen people getting "more rude" here lately. This is not a reflection on this website and its members, its a reflection of todays society. This website is awesome. Now back to your regular scheduled program.
