Im posting on this old thread to see if anyone else has done this type of setup on a 2wd F150? Im thinking purchasing Fat Bobs Garage 3 inch front spacer with 1 inch rear block for my 2wd. Anyone have some advice?

I lifted my 4x4 with parts I bought off of E-Bay for $200. I got a 2.5" spacer and I got an Add-A-Leaf for the rear that brought the whole truck up 2.5 inches. I added 285/70/R17 Firestone Destination M/T's that picked the whole truck up 3" and I couldnt be happier. My truck is at the perfect height and I have not had to engage 4x4 with the M/T's. You should be able to do the same to your 2x4 with great results.
