Help Identifying This Lift

Can somebody please identify what kind of lift he has? I am really in love with this setup.

Any ideas on where to purchase all of these parts for the best deal?

It's only a leveling kit. Can be anyone b/c he never got a close up of the spacers. He's running 20x10 KMC XD Rockstars with 33" Nitto Mud Grapplers. Truck looks good w/ that set-up, but the exhaust tips are not my taste. I'm a Cowboy's fan also, but wouldn't put the steering wheel cover in my truck.
