Dropped Shackle Noise

OK, so I am running brand new Belltech 2inch lowering shakles on my 2003 extended cab. When riding on irregular surfaces the shakles make all kind of squekying noises.

Is this normal? Not really sure if the springs or the shakles. Rest of rear is stock geometry.

your shackle bolts are too tight and its causing the bushing to squeak against the metal. you can loosen the bolts just a little and grease the bushings. it should help with the noise.

Thanks!

I torqued to spec, but then I can't remeber if it was a single vale or a range. Bolts were dry when I took them off so I didn't gease when I put them back. Is it spring end or shakle end or both?

Could also be your shocks, how many miles do you have on them?
