2002 f150 4x4 lift kit question
I have a 2002 supercrew F150 4x4. When I bought the truck I already had some Kumho 35" tires so I bought some Fuel Off road wheels, well me not realizing how crappy the torsion key lifts are so I put a torsion key lift on my truck and I don't go mudding much or off road. But I have cracked the front axle housing tube for the second time now and my 35's are worn smooth out from it being a daily. So I decided to order a Zone Off Road 6" lift. My question is I fit 35's on my truck with a 3" lift no problems no cutting, Can I or has anyone fit 37's on a 6" suspension lift, I have seen several guys on here with 38's on 6" with 3" body and look like plenty of room. I am just trying decide if it will fit or if I HAVE to order the 3" body also??? Any help would be appreciated

It can be done deepening on the true specs of the tire (not sidewall but what the manufacturer list) and the specs on the wheel (offset/backspacing and width). And it may look like they have plenty of room but that's around the bare minimum to fit 38s in there, there's a lot of places it can rub that you really can't see from a picture.

I was looking at either the Nitto Muds in 37x13.50R18 or the Nitto Trials in 37x12.50R18 Also looked at some Toyo's yesterday or open to some other sugestions...I drive the truck daily so want something I can get some milage out of. The Kumhos I had got at least 50k on them on my truck plus they were used off my buddies F350 so they were decent! I know the Nitto Muds won't last near that long

You could most likely cram the trails in there and crank the torsion bars (the factory ones, not aftermarket ones, to keep yourself still in spec) a little to get rid of rubbing if you have any. For the mud grapplers you'd probably have to crank them up about two inches to give yourself 8" total and might still have minor rubbing because of the aggressive tread, the 13.5" tire, and a 9" wide wheel.
If you want a good mud terrain with decent life the toyo m/t's have pretty good reviews.
