Suspension Lift?

Alright folks, I just bought a 2006 F150 FX4 about a week ago. I'm looking for some help identifying what kind of lift is on this thing. I think it's just a leveling kit of some kind but I have no idea what I'm looking at. I'm gonna try to include some photos to see if yall can help me out. The truck is rolling on a set of 20 X 8.5 American Racing wheels of some type wrapped w/
305/55R20 Nitto Terra Grapplers if that helps any. Thanks in advance for any input yall can give me.

That's a leveling kit in front and it looks to measure 3" judging from the height and angles. The rear looks like it has an aal(add-a-leaf) which should bring it up between 1" and 2 1/2". I have no idea what brand it is though

Thanks for the response guys! I don't see any emblems on the front crossmember. It appears to be stock. The block in the rear measures 2" but I have no idea if these trucks come stock w/ this block or not.

That bottom leaf looks stock to me, stock rear block and a 3" leveling kit up front.

Those angles look pretty steep so Im gonna go with a 3" up front. Should probably swap that out for a 2.5", 3" kits are pretty harsh on the front drive shafts
