How long do Rancho shocks last

Got an 02 F150 FX 4 76000 miles, how long do those Rancho shocks last? Also what is a good replacement shock for those mainly tow and highway baby?

They should last quote awhile actually. When the time comes...I'd stick with the 9000's. they're a pretty decent shock for towing.

If they are the Ford factory Ranchos that came on the truck new they are probably toast now. I had to replace mine at 60,000 miles and 3 out of 4 were completely shot.

You can replace with Rancho if you like. They will last longer than the cheapo version that is made for new Fords. I was going to get some.

My truck, like yours, is mostly for towing hauling so I wanted the rear a little firmer. I went with the Monroe load adjusting shocks for the rear and the Monroe Reflex Monotubes for the front. I have been very happy with them so far.

Most guys on this site will tell you to get Bilsteins.
