trailmaster 4 inch

So I have an opportunity to buy a 4" trailmaster lift for my 03 4wd for cheap on craigslist. It has all parts for the front except the extended sway bars. It has nothing for the back but I already have 3 inch blocks and may purchase an add-a-leaf as well. I don't think I can pass up the deal but does anyone know where I can buy extended sway bar links? How much? Thanks for your help!!!

That kit was discontinued when PAG bought the company. Parts might be hard to find. You might be able to get something fabbed up, but out of curiosity, how cheap is cheap?
