Getting 33's, what kind of lift?

Im putting some 295/75R16 on my truck, along with a 1.5" leveling kit. (97 2wd)
So, my next priority would be some more lift. I don't want the tires to look too big or too small with whatever lift I should choose. Help me out, what should I do? My options are these:
1. Add 3.5" lift spindle and 3" or 4" block in the rear
2. Remove the leveling kit and put 3.5" lift spindle and 2" block in the rear
3. Leave it as is with just the leveling kit.

Thanks

Search-there are a ton of threads exactly like this

With that said those tires are closer to 34s than 33s depending on the manufacturer.

Are you using stock wheels? If so a spindle will probably be enough, if not it’ll need to be a spindle and leveling kit

I'd keep the leveling kit, add the lift spindles and then add a block out back.
