Installed the 1.5" yesterday. Look perfectly level although the front is 1/4" lower.

Very happy now, thanks for all the input.

Thanks for the reply renaud. Did you have any problem bending the tabs open, and then closed again to keep the leaf pack in line?

Bending them open wasn't too bad. I used a wonder bar and it worked pretty well. Closing them was a huge PITA. Mine still aren't all the way closed, but since these trucks all have dual alignment pins it really isn't a big deal.

I think the bext way to close them up would be with a big c-clamp but I haven't had the time to get back under there. Mine have been installed for several months and hauled quite a few heavy loads with no ill effects.
