6" lift swap

I have a stock 2003 extended cab Fx4 and I have a friend that has a 99 f 150 4x4 single cab with a 6" lift and he was telling me that he wants to take the lift off and put it back to stock and Im wondering if the lift will work on my truck and if we can just do a swap over and put it on mine or is there major modifications that will have to be done? thanks guys!

the '97-'03 generation was pretty much the same. the answer is "probebly". What kit?

I would say yes.I believe it's the same kit for 97-03 and heritage models.
