Limiting Straps?

I am going to install a 2.5 leveling kit on my 06 fx4 and was wondering if I should throw some limiting straps on there cause of the increased angle of the cv's. what do yall think? Ive seen a few sites that recommend them but wanted to see if anybody on here has them too. I do quite a bit of wheeling, but nothing crazy like jumps or anything. Thanks, Pete.

I am sure some more knowledgable people will be responding but from what I figure you dont really need them with a leveling kit. Maybe if you had more travel in the shocks etc...

For me I am going to have my rear measured tomorrow for some limit straps in the back since I picked up those Deaver Leaf Springs which have a ton of travel.

I agree. You don't need them.

Nope you won't need them since you only adding a leveling kit. I added them cause my 38's are very heavy and was afraid to snap my lower Arms. Also, I have close to 12 inches of travel in the front and almost 18 inches of travel in the rear, another good reason to add limited straps. If you haven't reviewed the thread below, I recommend you do so; I explained some reasons why limited straps and bump stops are a must.

Hydraulic Bump Stops and Limited Straps.
