Steering stop wear?

I put a 2 inch leveling kit on a year or two ago. Today I am doing my brakes. While waiting for my wife to bring them home I noticed this. The top circle is wear on the A arm. The bottom circle is what is rubbing on the top circle. Is this because of my leveling kit or is this normal?
