raptor/regular f150 frontend swap..possible??

any think it would be possible putting the new raptor front end on a regular f150 ???? Im mainly talkin about swapin a-arms and spendles ...i think the longer spindles would be a good fix for the bad angles on the upper a-arm caused by a 3 inch leveling kit..just a thought

What tires are you running? The Raptor has different fenders to accomodate the big tires and long travel.

You would also have to swap fenders as they are a total of 8" wider to handle the longer arms with more travel. Quite possibly more too.

It would be an interesting project, all in all I think you might be better off just going with other aftermarket products than trying to go with OEM Raptor parts. If you decide to do it keep us posted . . .

You would be far better off putting on a proper lift kit than a leveling kit and Raptor parts.

Something else to think about is that the front would now have a wider track. You would then need a wider rear axle and rear fenders that were wider.

i am runnin 33 grapplers on 20s my main concern is the upper a-arm how close it is to the strut dont want to go any higher because i love the way the truck sits ....parked mine next to the raptor at the dealer and they were the same height except the raptors angles arent stressed ill put baja fenders on the truck no prob and already have spacers for the back to make even with wider track of the front or if i have to a wider axle..i just want to kno how much trouble a raptor front end would be or if there are any other lifts that will give me what im looking but as of right now it looks like i got a sweet project on my hands now

Its not just the fenders that are wider, the entire frame is wider than a standard 150. So I doubt mouting points would match up the same.
