6" Skyjacker install, 2 weeks later I have issues?

So yesterday I was going to work, hit a bump, compressed the front suspension pretty good and I got a vibration. I can feel it on the floor, the steering wheel, the brakes, and the gas pedal. I get it in 2wd, switch to 4wd and it changes how it feels. I removed the front driveshaft and it is gone completely. The U-joints all feel good, could it be my transfer case? With the front driveshaft removed, I stopped, engaged 4wd and it still didn't make any vibrations? One thing skyjacker doesn't do that I read other kits do is re-clock the driveshaft.

Has anyone had issues like this? Why would this start now and not earlier?

I am going to replace 1 u-joint because though it feels good, it is a little tight, maybe it is applying enough force to produce a vibration.

Turned out to be the IWE, just happen to fail around the same time as everything else. I am at 37,000 miles, going to the dealer on Monday to see if they will fix this as well as inspect the hubs since I am sure they are toast, even in 4x4 now it continues to make the noise.

The cause was from a solenoid that actuates the IWE. The solenoid has failed not allowing vacuum to disengage the hubs. There is a TSB out for 2004-2006, this is what I am asking Ford to fix, along with checking out the IWE's to ensure they were not damaged.
