2: drop shackles installed

Got them installed finally. Was not as easy as I thought, hardest part was getting the truck high enough off the ground to have enough room to let the suspension hang down far enough to be able to get the floorjack out from under the pumpkin. I didn't think visually it would make that much of a difference but there is a noticeable difference.

Stock the front was 33.25" off the ground, rear was 35.75".
2" dropped front now 34", rear 34.50".

Stock suspension.

2" dropped.

Not bad for less $100.

Figured the easier way to lift up the rear would be to start by jacking up the rear of the truck by the rear frame rails each side at a time until the rear tire is off the ground just enough, then put each side up high enough on jack stands then take your floor jack after using it to lift on the frame to go underneath the pumpkin, that would be a little easier way next time and save you a lot of time..

Anywho looks good Im lookin to install some on mine! Your right a great affordable cheap mod..

Thanks, I think our problem was that the jack stands we used were not tall enough. But thanks for the info. I hope I don't have to do it again.
