I just received my lift today. ( ordered it friday) missing 4 16mm washers and the copper crush washers for the brake lines. so not to bad as for as missing components. there sending out the new stuff or i can buy and they reimburse me.
changes
Original kit.
Rear:
4" blocks and add a leafs
front spacers had extra gussets
LCA cam bolts for alignment
Rear brake line included
kicker compression struts included
Cross member brace to connect front to rear
gusseted sway bar drop
Current:
5" tapered anti wrap blocks
no gussets on spacer
LCA uses standard bolts
no rear brake line
kicker compression struts additional 90 bucks
no cross member brace to connect front to rear
non gusseted sway bar drop
more coverage on the diff skid plate
[Rusty] Can I help you?
[Visitor] On the 6" ford f150 lift i see you deleted the cam bolts for standard bolts does this work better or will i have a problem keeping it aligned
[Rusty] will align fine and will last longer
[Visitor] also you no longer have the crossmember braces and kickers in the kit
[Rusty] no sir didnt need them

i had to get the copper washers aswell, my ford dealer gave them to me and then i put them on it said to torq to 13lbs but i think i did a bit more it leaked a bit
as for the rest of your kit i would be very upset is there anyways you can get the parts you need?
I can go to the local haredware store and get the wahsers and auto parts store for teh copper crush washers . so no big deal if i want to install it soon. so theres not set back on parts for me.

So is it possible to run a leveling kit with the rough country lift. Like a 2 or 2.5". I thought i read somewhere where someone couldnt get the strut to fit with the leveling kit.

it is not recommended because you are stacking spacers
i believe it is possible, i had to pound mine in with only a 1.5inch spacer (keep in mind i have the rancho though) but you could try it, im sure there are other users on here who have done it and will know better

you can get up to a 2.5 inch up under there on the RCX but it will cause a lot of issues with the CV joints and it will ride like crap. I had a friend do it to his truck. I was going to get a 1.5 inch under mine and it fit but the truck sat plenty high for me and the mechanic said the truck rode bad and didnt recommend it so i didnt get it put on. As far as the kit i was missing a lot of stuff to but it came, I think the truck rides great, im going to take it off roading this weekend to see how it hold up

well guys i posted a thread before and no one helped me out my question was that i have the 6" rough country lift an on my truck and i want to upgrade it with pro comp coil overs no body knew even rough country and pro comp !
finally i bought the kit and got it installed now it is great !
and i added 3" performance accessories body lift on 37`s .. now it is a really monster !
For yall with the rough country lift, Do your shocks have rough country logo on them or are they plain white. The reason i ask is becasue mine look used, also my spindles look used too compared to all the other new lift parts on the truck. I just got back from iraq a few days ago and was noticing this.
The lift been on for under a month maybe and it hasnt been offroading or on the beach my wife drove it to work twice 20 miles maybe.

I called RC on the missing parts they had me contact the store i bought the kit from and 5 days later the washers came. so so far i cant complain with the customer service this time. I had done 3 jeep kits in the last 2 years and once they sent me the wrong stabilizer shock and they sent me a replacement and on a superduty i did they sent the wrong pitman arm and to short of ubolts but sent all new parts.
my parts all look new the knuckles are a casting so they do seam to rust fairly easy on any unpainted or non primed pieces. plus there pretty heavy and ship in a box just themselves , the cardboard looks tough when shipped so i am sure the paint rubs off during transit in some areas. I plan on hitting mine with some chassis paint during assembly
