Want to lower for lightning looks on a 4x4 lots of ???'s

Want to lower for lightning looks on a 4x4 lots of ???'s

Hey I am looking at buying a flareside regular cab 4x4 and lowering it a little to look more like the lighting (3 or 4 inches) any suggestions??

i am a big fan of the roush 2-3 drop. somes with springs, shocks, and a swaybar. handles great.

Check Roush Racings website. A lowering kit and some 22's or 24's would look great.

mall of Georgia ford, or woodlouse. i got mine from mall of Georgia because it was cheaper. kit is around 1200

i looked at both of these places and didn't see anything for the 1997 to 2003...am i blind or do in just need to look somewhere else??

for a 97-03, about all that you can do is swap in a set of chevy torsion keys, and back the torsion bar adjustment bolt out all the way. for the rear, pull the 2'' block. this should net you like a 2/2 drop.

i'm not aware of any other way to lower the front torsion bar suspension.

well that sucks but thanks that makes sense for why i can't find a kit anywhere. But i just take the block out on the rear axle?? or would it be easier to put in a 2" shackel on the leaf springs??

ground force makes a kit for the 4x4 97-03 trucks i believe

why would you lower a 4x4.....just get the 2wd

well here in wisconsin we get white stuff on the ground called SNOW in the winter and i already have a 4x4 and am planning on keeping it so i can actually get around in the winter.
