f150 wheels on a ranger?

has anyone done this or heard of this done? ive tried the spacers and the wheels stuck out of the fenders to far and i dont wana use flares. is there any way to do it. im thinking about getting a big brake kit and getting the bolt pattern done for an f150 instead of ranger but im looking for a cheaper method like spindle swap with a little fabin maybe? anyone no of parts that i could get to fit or close enough that i could make it work? any ideas will be appreciated im at a loss here thnx.
